For over 30 years, The Singers Madrigale of Annapolis has been performing sacred and secular music in Renaissance and Colonial costume, delighting audiences of all ages.

Whether you desire the serious or the silly -- or a little of both -- The Singers Madrigale is ready to entertain at your next special event, wedding, festival or educational program; either alone or in ensemble.

The Singers Madrigale has appeared at the Maryland Renaissance Festival, Washington National Cathedral, Maryland Hall for the Performing Arts, Paca House, Hammond-Harwood House, Charles Carroll House, Annapolis Midnight Madness, London Town Publik House, The Maryland Club, Ontario Renaissance Festival, Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, holiday festivals, shops, restaurants, private engagements, and more.

The Singers Madrigale began in 1974 as an all-female ensemble drawn from the Annapolis, Maryland area to perform music to commemorate the United States' bi-centennial. Over the years the group has grown in membership and repertoire. The Singers Madrigale is now a 16-member mixed ensemble and performs throughout the Washington D.C./Maryland area.

A community based group, The Singers Madrigale rehearses at Pasadena United Methodist Church, Pasadena, Maryland.

The Singers Madrigale are also available to sing in historic homes and venues during the holiday season. The city is decorated for the holidays and shops are open until Midnight on Maryland Avenue. Join The Singers Madrigale as we go a-caroling among the shops and streets on these late-night holiday adventures!
